Aldea Bayer Kimlu
A complete STEM program that aims to train the next generation of youth leaders in science, technology, and mathematics from Latin America, by developing skills to make a positive impact on society.
Since 2011 we have received more than 2.600 applications from Chile, Argentina, México, Uruguay y Paraguay, and we have trained more than 380 leaders. After the program, participants join the Kimlu Network, where they can meet fellows from former generations and collaborate to keep contributing to society from the STEM areas.

If you are interested in participating and meet the requirements for any of the programs, you can apply.
Student:
If you are between 14 and 18 years old, studying in high school, interested in science, technology, engineering and/or mathematics, and love to work in teams, we invite you to be part of Aldea Bayer Kimlu. For application, you must fill a questionnaire, answer some questions, and record a 1-minute video. Applicants who satisfy the requirements and get the highest evaluation, will move to a final evaluation phase to select the participants.
Tutor:
If you are more than 21 years old, like volunteer activities, are a current undergraduate/postgraduate student or professional related to science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, you can participate in Aldea Bayer Kimlu as a tutor. For application, you must fill a questionnaire and answer some motivational questions. Applicants who satisfy the requirements and get the highest evaluation, will move to a final evaluation phase to select the final team.
